Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Asset Management Associate to join our dynamic team in Charlotte, NC. In this role, you will support the asset management function by analyzing property performance, assisting in strategic planning, and ensuring optimal operational efficiency across our portfolio. This position is ideal for individuals looking to advance their careers in real estate investment and asset management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the management and oversight of a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential properties.
• Conduct regular financial analysis, including cash flow projections, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Prepare detailed property performance reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with property managers to optimize operational performance and enhance tenant satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and conduct competitive analysis to inform investment strategies.
• Support the acquisition and disposition processes through due diligence and market research.
• Assist in the development and implementation of property business plans.
• Facilitate communication between asset management, leasing, and finance teams.
• Maintain accurate records and databases related to asset performance and market conditions.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in real estate asset management, finance, or related fields preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
• Knowledge of real estate market trends and investment principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and real estate software tools (e.g., ARGUS, CoStar).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
